Rooted in Hospitality

Limonit, the Hebrew word for lemongrass, takes its name from my mother's garden, where fresh herbs, vegetables, and the simple ritual of brewing lemongrass tea were part of everyday life. It's a memory of home, warmth, and the quiet pleasures of sharing something made with care.

My culinary journey has taken me through casual and fine dining kitchens in Israel and New York, including Eleven Madison Park. These experiences shaped a cooking philosophy that brings together Mediterranean roots, global influences, and refined technique.

Today, through Limonit, I bring that same spirit of generosity and attention to detail to private dining, celebrations, and everyday meals—creating thoughtful, personal experiences that make people feel at home.
